Logbook

All trainees are expected to maintain a surgical logbook. A logbook summary must be provided to the Training Supervisor and Regional Training Committee Chair each quarter, when the in-training assessment report is being completed.

Trainees are also required to use the Morbidity Audit and Logbook Tool (MALT) to record operative exposure.
