Patient Resources
The Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) is a membership organisation for urological surgeons and other health professionals working in the field of Urology.
The Society cannot provide medical advice or referrals. For medical advice, you should consult your general practitioner (GP) in the first instance.
Information about Surgeons
All Full USANZ Members are accredited urological surgeons (urologists). If you wish to check a member's medical registration information:
- Within Australia, use the Health Practitioners Register maintained by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency
- Within Aotearoa New Zealand, use the Register of Doctors maintained by the Medical Council of New Zealand
The Find a Surgeon tool, created by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), can be used to search for FRACS surgeons in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand by region and speciality.
