USANZ's vision is optimising urological health in our communities.

USANZ values respect, collaboration, integrity, compassion, service, and accountability.

The above vision and values inform USANZ's Strategic Plan 2026-2028, which outlines the main areas of focus for the Society in the coming years. The Strategic Plan comprises five pillars:
