Opening Soon: 2024 RACS Scholarships and Grants Program

USANZ Members interested in undertaking research activity in 2024 are advised that applications for RACS Research scholarships and Learning and Development Grants will be opening on Wednesday 26 April 2023. The Society encourages all Members with a curious and research oriented mind to apply for this opportunity.

RACS, through the Foundation for Surgery, continues to be an international leader in funding scholarships and grants for the surgical community. Their Research scholarships and Learning and Development grants contribute to the development of research, surgical practice and leadership in local and global surgical communities.

USANZ Member Kathryn McLeod was the recipient of the Ian and Ruth Gough Surgical Education Scholarship in 2023, for work on the topic of improving remediation processes of underperforming surgical trainees. See 2023 scholarship recipients.
