Anna's Walk 2024 for BEAT Bladder Cancer Australia

USANZ Members are invited to join BEAT Bladder Cancer Australia for Anna's Walk in all Australian capital cities on Sunday 26 May 2024.

Adam Lynch, President of BEAT Bladder Cancer Australia, started Anna's Walk in memory of his late wife Anna. After Anna sadly died from bladder cancer, Adam established BEAT, a volunteer-led charity which aims to raise awareness of bladder cancer amongst the community, provide information and support for patients and carers, and advance bladder cancer research, diagnosis and treatment options.

Initially held in Sydney's Northern Beaches, Anna's Walk has expanded over the years and is now offered in every state and territory of Australia. The event is held in May, as part of bladder cancer awareness month.

USANZ Members, as well as their family and friends, are encouraged to take part in this walk to raise awareness of bladder cancer and help BEAT Bladder Cancer Australia continue to provide support and information to affected families.

For a list of event locations and times, as well as details on how to register or donate, please visit Anna's Walk webpage.
