Monash Ready to Pump The Pedals for Prostate Cancer

This weekend will see the staging of the inaugural Monash Urology fundraising event, Pump the Pedals for Prostate Cancer.

The fundraiser will take place in the foyer of the Casey Hospital on the 5th and 6th of December and will centre around a 1000km virtual cycling event.

There is also a special 'Power Hour' at 10:30am AEST on the 5th, where participants can take part in a virtual time-trial with former professional cyclist Matthew Keenan. Access the instructions on How to Take Part in the 'Power Hour'.

Members can find and follow the event on social channels by searching PUMPTHEPEDALS. View the Pump the Pedals video.

To date almost $150,000 has been raised by private and public donations. USANZ Members are encouraged to become a Link in the Chain and donate to this worthwhile cause. Donate now.

The Society would like to congratulate David Wetherell for his committment and energy, organising the event, and wish all participants every success in their fundraising efforts.
