Women & Leadership Australia Development Scholarships

Women & Leadership Australia (WLA), through their Industry Partnership Framework, provides subsidised development opportunities for high potential female leaders across key industries and sectors. The wider aim of the Framework is to help support a greater percentage of women to step up into leadership across all vocations and industries, in so doing contribute to broader cultural and economic benefits.

Development scholarships are currently available for women in positions of leadership across all areas of the Healthcare Sector. The development scholarships are offered in the form of fee support for a range of online development programs. 

Women & Leadership Australia's suite of development programs provide best of breed leadership education informed by the unique complexities and opportunities of being a female leader today. Through a deep understanding of the needs of female leaders at every stage of their journey, WLA have created a rich and empowering learning environment which is geared to enabling each participant to achieve their own unique vision of success. 

The programs are designed for junior through to executive leaders and scholarships are available across three key levels.

  • Early career managers can apply for a scholarship of $1,000 towards the Leading Edge Program. View course details.
  • Mid-level managers can apply for a scholarship of $3,000 towards the Executive Ready Program. View course details.
  • Senior and executive leaders can apply for a scholarship of $5,000 towards the Advanced Leadership Program. View course details.
     

USANZ advises that as Fellows of the Society, Members should register interest for the Advanced Leadership Program level. A small number of USANZ Members who have completed this course are available to discuss their experiences with Members interested in applying. Please email the USANZ Secretary for details.
