- Be named the Principal Investigator (PI) in the research
- Be a Full Member of USANZ and within 10 years of receiving their FRACS (Urology).
- Give a presentation in a session at the ASM in the field of Female and Functional Urology. It is also acceptable for a Trainee or other Member who is a named participant in the research to give the presentation on behalf of the Research team.
- Acknowledge and agree that:
- The award is expected to be shared between the presenter and the PI and/or any part of the team.

Judging Process
The Female Urology Specialty Advisory Group (FUSAG) Leader will review the list of eligible presentations as well as the list of other submitted abstracts to check that any presentations in the field of female and functional urology are included for consideration. They will appoint suitably qualified Full Members to act as judges. Judges will complete a scoresheet which considers the following factors:
- Presentation
- Originality of content
- Quality of discussion
Prize and Presentation
This award will be presented at the USANZ ASM Gala Dinner.
The prize consists of $10,000. In the event that no industry support is forthcoming, USANZ has the discretion to fund the award in the full amount, a lower amount, or to determine the award will not be offered.
