12-month Urology Fellowship in the Bay of Plenty commencing April 2021.
The Urology service for the Bay of Plenty and Lakes District Health Boards is provided by Venturo Urology Limited. Venturo delivers a secondary service for both populations as well as tertiary and acute service for the region.
Venturo provides the full spectrum of urological care and has an international reputation for BPH research. The greater Bay of Plenty region, with a population of more than 350,000 people, offers a great climate and a wide range of recreational and lifestyle opportunities.
This position will encompass a mixture of clinical work, teaching and research with an emphasis on oncology and endourology. It will provide a significant learning opportunity for a surgical graduate to further their clinical skills in Urology.
As the ideal candidate, you will be either vocationally registered or be eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
