Special Edition of the Australian Journal of General Practice: Prostate Cancer

The March edition of the Australian Journal of General Practice (AJGP) has been released with a special focus on prostate cancer. USANZ Members may find the articles useful when communicating with GPs regarding developments in prostate cancer diagnosis and management.

USANZ Members have contributed to the journal, including Professor Mark Frydenberg who published an editorial on Major changes with reduced harms in prostate cancer diagnosis and management.

Associate Professor Prem Rashid, Associate Professor Kamran Zargar-Shoshtari and Dr Weranja Ranasinghe were also contributors, publishing an article on Prostate-specific antigen testing for prostate cancer: Time to reconsider the approach to screening.
