Paediatric Urology Fellow
The Sydney Children's Hospital Network (SCHN) is now advertising for a Paediatric Urology Fellow for the 2026 Clinical Year.
SCHN is the largest paediatric health care entity in Australia. Work is conducted across Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick and Children's Hospital Westmead.
This position is suited to someone who wishes to practise paediatric urology part-time or full-time. The role provides Urology / Surgical Trainees an opportunity to further their training, developing skills important for a consultant role in the spheres of clinical care, education and training as well as research with support from the team consultants and other health care professionals. The Provisional Fellow role is a leadership role, both within the department for other junior medical staff and medical students as well as members of the multidisciplinary team, but also across the broader hospital community.
The fellow position is temporary, with renumeration under Public Hospital Medical Officers (State) Award for Registrar Year 1 - Year 4. There is scope for ongoing employment as the team at Sydney Children's Hospital expect 1-2 vacancies for consultants within the next 3 years.
