Staff Specialist/Consultant (Urology) - Sunshine Coast

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service are seeking a Staff Specialist/Senior Staff Specialist/Consultant (Urology).

Permanent full-time and/or part-time positions are available up to 80hours per fortnight.

The role will focus on urological surgical oncology, with strong support for subspecialty development in endo-urology.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform elective and emergency urological procedures
• Access the da Vinci robotic surgical system on a regular basis
• Collaborate with co-located private hospitals equipped with robotic platforms
• Access to advanced robotic surgical platforms in public and private settings
• Be supported in developing areas such as:
  • Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP)
  • Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
     

The package includes:

• Base salary of $103-$119 p.h. (Staff Specialist) or $122-$130 p.h. (Senior Staff Specialist)
• Motor vehicle allowance

• Generous superannuation of up to 12.75%
