USANZ Vision & Strategic Plan

USANZ's vision is to be a diverse, engaged and collegiate membership, recognised as the authority on urology.

USANZ values respect, collaboration, service, compassion, integrity, and accountability.

The above vision and values inform USANZ's Strategic Plan 2023-2025, which outlines the main areas of focus for the Society in the coming years. The Strategic Plan comprises four goals:

• Member Support: to develop initiatives that members value and that respond to member needs
• Advocacy: to be the authoritative voice on urology with health decison-makers
• Clinical Standards: to use member expertise to promote and advance high standards of clinical care
• Efficient and Effective Organisation: to be an efficient and enduring society continuing to serve members into the future. This goal includes design and implementation of the Aotearoa New Zealand Section autonomy project.

The Annual Reports record the Society's activities in line with these statements and plans.
