USANZ Supports RACS Tribunal Submission

USANZ President A/Prof Prem Rashid has jointly signed the RACS submission to the Australian Competition Tribunal in relation to an upcoming hearing involving the AMA relating to managed care agreements.

The USANZ endorsement was joined by the signatures of the Presidents of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), General Surgeons Australia (GSA) and the Neurosurgical Society of Australasia (NSA).

Updates on the outcomes of the submission will be distributed to Members as they come to hand.
