Changes to Entry into SET Program in Urology
The Board of Urology advises that, starting with the 2026 selection process for the 2027 intake, the Clinical Examination will no longer be a requirement for entry into the Surgical Education and Training (SET) Program in Urology.
However, applicants who have satisfactorily passed the Clinical Examination up to and including the June 2025 sitting will have this achievement formally recognised, and it will be considered as part of the curriculum vitae scoring when the updated Selection Regulations are published in November 2025. This recognition will continue to apply in future selection rounds.
