2026 RACS Younger Fellows Forum
Dr Su Mei Hoh, RACS Chair, Younger Fellows Committee and Forum Co-Convenors Dr Helen Ballal and Dr Alexandra O’Neil invite USANZ Members to attend the 2026 RACS Younger Fellows Forum.
This year, the RACS Younger Fellows Forum will be held at Mandoon Estate, approximately a half hour drive from Perth, Western Australia from Monday 27 April – Wednesday 29 April, 2026.
The Forum is a retreat style event involving twenty emerging leaders within their first ten years of Fellowship across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. The aim of the weekend is to foster relationships across specialties, discuss key challenges for RACS and form recommendations to influence the future of RACS and surgery. The Forum provides an environment that encourages Younger Fellows to address issues relevant to personal, professional, and collegiate life through discussions and focus groups.
Delegates will need to self-fund flights to and from Perth, Australia to participate in the Forum. RACS will cover registration for the event, group transfers between Perth and Mandoon Estate, two nights of single room accommodation at Mandoon Estate and all meals as part of their attendance.
