USANZ Induction Course 2026 Wrap Up
Last week, USANZ officially welcomed a diverse cohort of 23 Trainees to the SET Program in Urology Induction Course 2026.
Held at the Pullman Melbourne in Albert Park, Victoria, this course was facilitated by Lydia Johns Putra, Chair of the Board of Urology, and Rick Catterwell, Deputy Chair of the Board of Urology.
The program consisted of a Welcome from Lydia Johns Putra on behalf of the Board of Urology, followed by the USANZ President's Address delivered by Damien Bolton. After an introduction to the SET Program in Urology, current Trainees provided their own perspectives on the program.
Other features on the program included the risks associated with the use of social media and apps, a fluoroscopy course, and developing skills for difficult feedback.
We wish all incoming Trainees the best of luck and look forward to hearing of your progress!
