Our Leadership Group comprises the positions of President, Vice President, Past President, and CEO and is an important mechanism facilitating informal, regular and supportive connections between the Board and the Management Team, through the CEO.
The Leadership Group is not a Sub-Committee of the Board and does not make decisions outside of the Board. The Leadership Group (excluding the CEO) also act as advisors to the President in the fulfilment of their oversight of the CEO’s appointment and performance review.
