From the USANZ Operations Room
For UroNews 6 August 2021
Once again this edition of the USANZ Operations Room is coming to you from locked-down Sydney. Due to the ongoing restrictions, all USANZ Staff are continuing to work from home forming a newly-established network of 'satellite' Operations Rooms, in studies, and on dining tables across the city. We stand with all USANZ Members across Australia and New Zealand who continue to be impacted by the pandemic.
In more uplifting news, I'd like to welcome Suzi Wright to the USANZ Team. Suzi commenced on 20 July in the role of Executive Assistant & Governance Support bringing many years of administrative experience supporting Boards and management working for Transport Heritage NSW and a long stint with Waverley College. Suzi will now manage the work previously outsourced to Megan Ogier from the Association Specialists, working 3 days each week; Tuesday to Thursday, on contract until March 2022. Welcome aboard Suzi.
As part of the restructuring of work responsibilities coinciding with Suzi commencing with USANZ, Madeleine Bennison's role will transition to Membership & Policy Manager.
Before I go, I'd like to remind you of the USANZ convened South-East Zone Program at the UAA Virtual Congress 2021, to be held on 19 August - logging on could be just the way to pass some of those hours in lockdown!
Until next month, stay safe.
