Urology Registrar (Non-Accredited)
The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a Urology Registrar (Non-Accredited) to join the team at Launceston General Hospital.
It is a 12-month, full-time Urology post with no sub-speciality cross-over, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 1 February 2027 until 6 February 2028. The successful applicant will receive 10 hours of paid, protected training time per fortnight, pro rata.
The role includes: daily management of the Surgical Unit’s patients and clinical activities within the limits specified with your clinical privileges; supervision of Resident Medical Officers about clinical procedures and management; and participation in unit meetings, clinical trials and research, and quality assurance activities.
