Updated Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme Advisory
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (ACSQHC) has reviewed and updated the Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) Advisory D121/04: Disinfection requirements for reusable medical devices.
Accrediting agencies will begin assessing medical imaging practices against this advisory immediately.
USANZ Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these advisories. The DIAS requires that medical imaging practices comply with relevant advisories.
