RACS Educator of Merit Awards - Nominations Now Open

RACS have announced that nominations are now open for the Educator of Merit Awards 2025.

The awards were created to honour and celebrate the extraordinary contributions of surgical educators across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The Academy of Surgical Educators, who oversees the awards, is seeking nominations of SET and SIMG supervisors, and RACS course instructors who have demonstrated outstanding service.

Last year, USANZ Member Dr Philip Tan won the Educator of Merit Award for Supervisor of the Year in Tasmania.
