Women & Leadership Australia Development Scholarships 2025

Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) is currently offering scholarships for women across the health care sector, to enable access to leadership courses. USANZ Members are encouraged to apply.

Providing world-class professional development programs for women at all stages of their careers, WLA encourages women to enhance their impact at work and beyond. WLA short courses bring together the latest in leadership theory and practical application, delivered through a flexible part-time model designed to fit in with your busy schedule.

Partial scholarships of $1000 - $5000 will support participation in one of the following four online leadership courses:

• Skills for workplace impact (10 week program, averaging 1-2 hours per week)
• Early career managers (4 month program, averaging 2 hours per week)
• Mid-level managers (7 month program, averaging 2 hours per week)
• Senior and executive leaders (9 month program, averaging 1.5 hours per week)
