UAA 2026 - Issues with Online Payment Portal

The UAA 2026 Organising Committee has advised that the online payment facility appears to be temporarily down, and some registrants may have trouble completing their registration payment through the platform.

The team is currently investigating the matter and has already requested Xendit to check the issue and provide us with feedback on the possible cause of the failed transactions.

Delegates may proceed with other alternative payment methods, such as direct bank remittance (details below), while the online payment system is being resolved.
