Australia Day Honours 2024

Medical professionals continue to be well-represented in the annual Australia Day Honours. The recent announcement of the 2024 Honours List included recognition of many medical professionals who have made an outstanding contribution to the profession and community. These awards included the Order of Australia lists as well as other meritorious medals and the COVID-19 Honour Roll. The AMA has produced a media release about the recognition of its members in the Honours.

USANZ celebrates the dedication and efforts of all recipients, which has culminated in these well-deserved honours.

The Society particularly congratulates Adjunct A/Prof Stephen Callister, National Chairman of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, who was recognised for his "significant service to community, particularly men's health."
