Successful EOI Applicant: Boston Scientific Travelling Fellowship 2024

Congratulations to Sophie Plagakis who has been awarded the Boston Scientific Travelling Fellowship for 2024, which supports her attendance at the American Urological Association's (AUA) Annual Meeting in May.

The Board selected Dr Plagakis from a highly competitive pool of applicants based on her interest in Prosthetic Urology and clear desire to focus on patients with SUI and ED.

The fellowship covers travel to/from the AUA Annual Meeting in San Antonio as well as accommodation and registration. The trip will also include visits to leading urological surgeons to review live surgery in the week before the conference.

Later in the year, Dr Plagakis will share her experience of the Boston Scientific Travelling Fellowship at the USANZ 2024 South Australian and Northern Territory Section Meeting.
