BINS 4 Blokes 2024

The Continence Foundation of Australia's BINS4Blokes is an awareness and advocacy campaign promoting the installation of incontinence product disposal bins in male public toilets. The campaign is the focus of CFA during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Over 1.34 million men and boys are currently living with incontinence.

Yet, bins for the safe and hygienic disposal of continence products are still not widely available in male public toilets. Because of this, it is difficult for boys and men with incontinence to get out and about. As many as 50% of males with incontinence are likely to avoid situations where they do not have certainty about the hygienic disposal of incontinence products.

Provision of incontinence product disposal bins as a priority in male public toilets will improve the health and wellbeing of men and boys living with incontinence.

The National Public Toilet Map can help men and boys with incontinence to easily find their nearest incontinence product disposal bin.
