Survey - Urologists Treating Prostate Cancer in Australia

IQVIA are currently seeking Australian urologists who treat prostate cancer to participate in their study of prostate cancer.

This study aims to build Australia’s largest dataset on the treatment of cancer patients, including Prostate Cancer, generating valuable information on the Australian patient population and real-world treatment patterns across cancer types. This forms part of a global study, covering 20 countries, over 5,000 specialists, and more than 200,000 patient cases per year. This video provides a brief explanation.

Participation involves completing a cross-sectional survey on a sample of cancer patients have recently seen. This is a tracking study running quarterly, but there is no obligation to take part consistently throughout the year.

In return for the contribution, IQVIA will provide an honoraria for time spent on the survey (an initial payment of $100AUD, and $83AUD per patient record), a quarterly report on trends in local treatment patterns, and invitations to local roundtable events/ discussion forums.*

Members interested in participating in the study should email Joanne Giannichronis (IQVIA Fieldwork Manager, Integrated Research Solutions).

*Please note: payment details have changed since the survey was first advertised. Contact Joanne Giannichronis for more information.
