Survey - Physical Strain Study

The European Robotic Urology Section (ERUS) of the EAU have produced a survey about ergonomy and physical strain as a urological robotic surgeon.

This study has been developed by Silvia Secco, Christian Wagner, Nikolaos Liakos, Alberto Breda and Nina Harke.

The study examines the effect of the exposure to robotic surgery (either as a console surgeon or as bed side assistant) regarding ergonomy and physical strain, using the various licenced robotic platforms currently used throughout the world.

It aims to to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the ergonomic design of robotic systems. This can play a significant role in shaping future advancements in robotic surgical technologies.

The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Complete the ERUS survey.
